Request for Quotation: Automatic Pad Making Machine

The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) invites you to submit your quotation for supplying of an AUTOMATIC SANITARY PAD MAKING MACHINE as guided by the technical specifications in section B. Any resulting order shall be subject to COMESA’s General Terms and Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders except were modified by this Request for Quotations.

Section A: Quotation Requirements

Quotations to be provided in 7 working days from the date of publication of the RFQ.
Quotations must be valid for 30 days from the date of deadline of submission of quotations.
Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be clearly marked with the Procurement Number given above and must indicate acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.
Delivery of the Automatic Sanitary Machine shall be at the following address, KENYA INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (KIRDI)POPOROAD OFF MOMBASA ROAD, SOUTH ‘C’ P.O.BOX 30650-00100 NAIROBI. TEL: (254) 0202388216/0202393466 Email: directorkirdi@gmail.com.
Delivery of the Machine shall be within 30days after award of contract or Local Purchase Order
Quotationsmust be received no later than 08:00 hrs08 /03 /2022.
Quotations must be returned to: tenders@comesa.int or procurement@comesa.int
Theattached Schedule of Requirements at Section B details the goods to be supplied. You are requested to quote for the requirements in Sections B. Quotations shall cover all costs of labour, equipment, services, overheads, profits and all associated costs for performing the service. The whole cost of supplying the goods shall be included in the items stated and the cost of any incidental services shall be deemed to be included in the prices quoted.
Quoted prices should be net of tax in line with the conditions in the Host Agreement between COMESA and the member states as enshrined COMESA Treaty.
